Destination Dreamin'
This week, I’m dreaming of Moab, Utah. The southwest offers some of the most unique landscapes on earth. Located about 4 hours south of Salt Lake City, this desert destination has hiking trails galore! Arches National Park contains a variety of trails with varying difficulty, so even if you’re a beginner you can enjoy this space. Mountain biking, off-roading, and rock climbing are other popular activities here. Within Moab, Delicate Arch can be found. It’s a steep but short hike- only 5 miles round trip. Viewing the sunset through the arch with other hikers is nothing short of a mystical experience.
What Inspired Me This Week…
I’m a huge fan of track and field, and this week the world record for the men’s indoor mile was broken twice! That’s right, within 5 days Jakob Ingebrigtsen beat the previous world record set by Yared Nuguse by a whole second. The time? 3:45.14. How incredible are humans? That’s faster than I can get my coffee ready in the morning!

COPA Airlines is offering tickets to Panama City at a steal right now. You could travel there for less than $500 from some major airport destinations. Panama City offers history, surfing, and a fun art scene. I’d stay in the gorgeous Casco Viejo and eat plantains every day if I could sneak in a visit this season!
