How It Works
-
Step 1: Complete the Questionnaire
Take the Syncopate Travel Questionnaire. This gives me an idea of what you’re looking for and if my services are a good fit. Upon receiving your response, I’ll reach out with my recommended service via email.
-
Step 2: Schedule a Call
After completing the questionnaire, we’ll schedule a call for a travel consultation. You will be invoiced $25 for a consultation upfront via Paypal, and this fee will be credited towards your final invoice if you choose to book through Syncopate Travel.
-
Step 3: Crafting Your Itinerary
After you receive you travel consultation, I will begin crafting your travel itinerary. I will return the first draft to you within 3 business days. You will have one week to review the itinerary and request any changes via email.
-
Step 4: Booking Your Travel Plans
After confirming any final edits that need to be made, I will confirm booking upon final approval. If additional travel consultations or edits are needed, these will be determined on a case by case basis.
-
Step 5: Settle the Invoice
Upon confirmation of the final itinerary, you will complete the invoice sent from Syncopate Travel via Paypal. I will book your travel plans accordingly through my host agency and offer final travel tips for an amazing experience.
-
Step 6: Change the Rhythm of your Life
Now it’s time to pack your bags and transform your life! All of the details have been taken care of so that you can fully immerse yourself in all the joys that travel has to offer. Take in every moment.
