Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings made with Syncopate Travel are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a specified deposit, as outlined in the booking agreement.

  2. Payment: Payment must be made in full according to the agreed terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of services without refund.

  3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the cancellation policy outlined in the booking agreement. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to this policy.

  4. Changes to Itinerary: Any changes requested to the itinerary after booking confirmation may be subject to additional fees or charges. Syncopate Travel reserves the right to accept or decline such requests at its discretion.

  5. Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and obtained prior to travel. Syncopate Travel shall not be liable for any consequences arising from the traveler's failure to comply with these requirements.

  6. Travel Insurance: Syncopate Travel strongly recommends that travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and loss of belongings.

  7. Health and Safety: Syncopate Travel endeavors to ensure the health and safety of its clients during travel; however, clients acknowledge that travel involves certain inherent risks. Syncopate Travel shall not be liable for any illness, injury, or loss suffered by clients during the course of their travel.

  8. Limitation of Liability: Syncopate Travel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its services, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or interruption of business.

  9. Force Majeure: Syncopate Travel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under the agreement if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government restrictions.

  10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Illinois, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tazewell, County, Illinois. 

By making a booking with Syncopate Travel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
