I’ve been brainstorming family-friendly destinations for the new year, and I'm itching to go back to Scotland! Scotland is perfect for a first-time trip overseas with the family because it is an English-speaking country filled with history and nature that is still affordable and kid-friendly. What Inspired Me This Week…
This week I had the joy of hosting my Grandma at my house! She is an octogenarian now and she traveled all the way from the Pacific Northwest to visit me. This visit was extra special because she met my daughter, her first great-grandchild. I hope I’m healthy enough to travel halfway across the country when I’m in my eighties.
